How is this different to a standard WhatsApp click-to-chat button?

A standard WhatsApp button waits for a visitor to tap it. SmartChat decides when to show it, based on the same behavioural signals, time on page, scroll depth, returning visits, exit intent, that already power your live chat targeting.

What do we need before we start?

A Facebook account, a Meta Business Portfolio where you're an Admin, and a brand-new phone number that has never been used on WhatsApp. Migrating an existing WhatsApp Business number isn't supported yet.

What happens during setup?

You grant us one-time, temporary access to your Meta Business Portfolio. We connect the number, deploy the widget, and hand it back. No ongoing access is needed once you're live.
